Q3 – Start and name TriTrees as a global south based NGO, and agree on broad level aims and objectives.
Q4 – Plant first sample trees and build networks of collaborators and supporters

Q1 – Establish Uganda Headquarters, Founding Committee, update NGO administration in the UK
Q2 – Visit potential partner projects and businesses, refine model, complete administration updates, register TriTrees in Uganda, launch online presence. Finalize the TriTrees strategic framework.
Q3 – Find partners who can financially and organisationally partner with TriTrees to expand the work: including donors, research partners and organizational collaborations. Register in the USA.
Q4 – Launch Phase 1 of pilot planting program in 1 chosen location in partnership with an implementing community based agent, and 1 nationwide research pilot planting initiative.

Q2 – Monitor Phase 1 trees and refine the model
Q3 – Write up learnings and finalize Phase 2 model

Q3 – Seek funders and donors to partner with us in the next 5 Year Strategic Plan
Q4 – Set up team structure, operations and detailed plans to manage forecasted growth.
